Reflection February 11

We discussed Performance Management in class on Thursday. There are several different ways to measure performance, but it seems like the least effective methods are the most commonly used because they are easiest to do. Companies can be so lazy sometimes. Looking just as the bottom line, doing things because they know they are supposed to do them and not trying to do the best they can... which is odd because they are doing a poor job managing their people but they expect their people to do an excellent job on their end...just a thought. Oh the irony.
